Sweet Roots Farm and Apiary is a Black woman-owned beekeeping and small farm located in Burt, Michigan. What began as a few hives and a passion for pollinators has grown into a sustainable, community-focused business providing honeybee pollination, local honey, beeswax goods, farm-fresh eggs, poultry, and seasonal produce. At Sweet Roots, we believe healthier bees create healthier farms—and a stronger community for all.
